Had a meeting with the rest of the PGA guides about activites in line with the GGS Centenary Celebrations :) haha... it was more like a catch-up session though. We would talk about some of the activities... then drift of to super ah lians, working at sentosa and JC options. LOL! I think it'll be a rather interesting year ahead with all these Guides activities that we are going to plan, organise and maybe take part in :D At the start of the year, I thought I would be rather cut off from guides since i wasnt sure if i was going to join YA, but i guess i'll be involved whether or not i join YA. haha. High likelihood that i would though... another 2 years of guides stuff :p

1 school week has gone by and i have not gone for Guides >.< I intended back to ny yesterday but forgot about it at the end of the day when we were released at 5+pm. Maybe next week :)

During the hols...

I think i was pretty occupied throughout the hols :) HCL o levels and AP summit the start of Nov, 2 weeks of CIP at AWWA, Guides camp at the beginning of Dec, 1-2 weeks of xmas fun, then 3 weeks of free labour at my mum's office.

HAHAHA! I FINALLY tidied up my room and table on the last day of hols. That took me like 3+ hours -.- It had really been a long time since I last saw the surface of my table and more than half my floor area :p The amount of paper i m getting rid of is like 1m high. lol! But I still have a lot of O level/ reference books in my cupboard la... I'd need to find a place to store them until my younger sis needs them. I remember my elder sis dumping all her books to me at the end of Sec 2 when she was freed from Os... but I shall not be so evil.

School....
Anyway, it's the first day of school today and i guess it was all right. Many thought we had to go to school at 7.20am like a normal school day and ended up going to Mc's until 8. Haha. Saw almost half of 404'09 walking from Mc's to HC on my way to school, so I got down 1 stop before HC to walk with them :p

The day started out with disciplinary stuff and then a briefing on what was going to happen for the next few days. I hope I don't get lost though... the layout of HC is still quite confusing to me :S
Then... dun dun dun dun....came the English Diagnostic Test. Haizz... after 2 months of not writing it was a little difficult to express my thoughts coherently. I hope I did ok... though essay-writing had never really been my forte. The test was rather effective in putting me into the "school mode" too.

We went for a 1-hr break after that and then had a Math lesson. Luckily it was just revision and nothing too bombastically tough. Just that my brain's a little rusty at the moment...

Went for lunch at S11 with Yee Ting :) I ordered chicken rice, expecting just a plate of rice with chicken, but in the end, I had a large bowl of soup, chicken, bean sprouts and 2 bowls of rice in front of me. That's cos the uncle said students can add rice for free... but i didnt expect another full bowl of rice. haha. I still dunno how the soup and bean sprouts came about though.

Anyways, went to the library with Yee Ting cos her internet at home is down. We decided to sign up for SIMUN under HACAS :)
